Summer is almost over, but it’s not too late to get it in before the weather turns cold!

Here are 5 easy ways to get your partner in the mood for some freak in the sheets, if you know what I mean 😉

1.) Sweat It Out.

Research shows that working out with your partner can help get you both in the mood. Lift some weights, go for a run, or take a hike together. Anything that gets you sweating and your blood pumping.

2.) Aphrodisiac Foods.

There is something to eating foods that make you want to get down. Our favorites? Chocolate, steak, and greens.  Load up on the good stuff and then get in the groove.

3.) Turn Up the A/C.

Turning up the A/C will make you both quite cold so why not cuddle under the blankets? Being in such close quarters always leads to a romp, no? Just me, then?

4.) Get Wet.

Go for a quick swim and get intimate in the water! Something about being in the water is a great way to encourage your partner to get down. When things get hot and heavy, move it to the bedroom (or don’t).

5.) Just Ask.

Ask and you shall receive, as they say! You might be surprised at what you can get by simply asking for it. The worst they can say is no, right? Go for it!
