- Just Do It! I know sometimes you probably just “don’t feel like it,” but I recommend that even when you don’t feel quite up to it that you just do it anyway! Studies show that sex helps relieve stress, lower blood pressure, and even cure headaches and minor aches and pains so by the time you’re done, you won’t even remember why you weren’t in the mood to begin with!
